Tonight we visit the Frog and
Bucket; one of Manchester’s longest running Comedy
venues.
Friday
night is Barrel of Laughs night with 4 top comedians including professional
compere. Once the comedy finishes, the club has a disco until 2.00am, so there’s plenty of chance
for socialising.
Almost
everyone attending the event has prepaid and has to be checked against the
attendee list on the way in so please do expect to have to queue unless you
are particularly lucky! Your friendly Spice co-ordinator will be in the
foyer to meet you.
This is
a great fun night though be aware that as we have to be quiet whilst the
comedians are on, which is followed by a noisy disco, it is possibly not
the best event for a new member to meet others to chat and socialise.
Please do not attend if you are easily offended as some of the comedians do
use choice words which we have no control over!!!
